The post was meant as a compliment to your helpfulness, though I admit I was sorry to see the Vid Meta page no longer available. I'm puzzled by the entitlement" bit you spoke of - that's why I wrote "whether or not you allow access in the future" before I thanked you. I must have REALLY worded that wrong - I suspect in the earlier bit when I was being silly and a little dramatic.

At any rate, I repeat my thanks to your helpfulness. Your pointers helped me with VirtualDub and guided me to making my first divx video, cutting some hours off my time getting it finished, I'm sure:)

::hugs:: is okay, I think I'd probably read too much into it 'cause I got several similar comments ::wry grin:: no hard feelings, and I'm glad you found it useful. From peering at it's website, it seems to be basically down although I'll wait the week before unlocking anything ('sides which it's hella insane this week)
