Oh, I'm aware of that. This isn't a uniform-crazed type place though-- it's a place where they pretty clearly have no tolerance for bullshit, and where being smart is prized. People who come out of that place come out like our very own permetaform-- confident and smart and not having to learn how to be decent to people.
