heh, because of dealing with paperwork and other administrative stuff, I've learned to talk to receptionists. You will too, methinks, out of self defense. ;D And dude, at least you *can* make those spontaneous personal phone calls, it's those I have the most issues with and I sorta feel like I can't maintain any sort of lasting longterm contact with rl people 'cause I can't, telephonically, make that contact.
