My roommate used one of those, and it got...uh...stuck. That was a weird five minutes of standing outside the stall door and asking, "You okay?"

"Yeah, I just can't...how do you..."

"Any better?"

"Not really..."

Well, it was actually an older version she'd gotten from her sister, so we didn't know there was a company making them. We just thought it was some homemade hippie thing (her sister's fond of those).
