Hey! smutcutter did a vid for 'Sleepy Hollow' that I thought was very cool, focusing on Ichabod and the Horseman. It's called Cain, and it's online (http://ancalime.slashcity.net/SmutCutter.html). It's also on the Escapade 2005 vid discs, but I don't know when/if those will be on sale.

I hope you find vids for the other two fandoms, too. rydra_wong is absolutely right - it's lovely to be able to steer someone in the direction of a vid you love, in a fandom they love.
