And when I say "next chapter" I mean "next chapter in Japan." Becaue the US release is nowhere near this part yet. At the end of the last chapter of Zero-sum, Hakkai was about to take off his limiters. Here he obviously does, and everyone's just waiting with baited breath for the full raw scans of the chapter. But yes, that's what's supposed to be in the next chapter in Japan.
