heh, I created Welcome Home with downloaded files, I think they're either dvix or xvid encoded. Premiere accepts them via avisynth...which is a whole other kettle of fish which you might or might not want to go into. It gives *beautiful* encodes though, and there's a good guide for it here.

Poke at the guide slowly though, it's liable to explode the brain.
