Is that the .ogg ones? There should be a JP language track and subs. If so open them with VideoLan (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/) and go to Audio > Audio Track > Track 2 and Video > Subtitles Track > Track 1
I think you can switch the language track in Windows Media Player but the subs won't show up. At least they wouldn't for me.
