Sadly this kind of thing doesn't even surprise me anymore. It does still make me sick, though. It's obvious that people/companies(/governments) who do these things truly don't give a damn about the people in their "care" since these kinds of stories *are* going to be revealed at some point. They seem to trust that the higher ups at least will get away with whatever they're up to. I really, really hope they're mistaken.
