Possibly not even there, I fear. Squids are notoriously difficult to keep in aquariums. They usually just focus on octopi and cuttlefish instead.

Have you ever gone to the Newport aquarium? Seemed like it had a tunnel through one of the tanks. So...maybe they'd have 'em there?

Nope, where is that one? It sounds like the one in Gatlinburg, TN, which also has tunnels through the large tank so you can see the fish swimming all around you. Such a great aquarium, though they didn't have squid either. They did have a lovely Giant Pacific Octopus, though.
