I got right away that the narrator was an evil genius, but it took me probably the first third of the vid to figure out, oh! it's not about Evil Geniuses and the Stupid Spies Who Hate Them, it's literally about Evil Works of Art and the Stupid World Who Misunderstands Them. The helicopters are the stars of the vid.

That was just so alien, it was almost creepy. I mean, evil geniuses should be creepy, right? But this was creepy in a particular manner that I would never have predicted. Very, very trippy.
