Ashton's Party Prank
"...planted an Asian woman impersonating a foreign TV correspondent on the red carpet who --in broken English-- asked make celebs like West Wing's Dule Hill and Angel star David Boreanaz if they liked to sleep with boys. While most celebs walked away puzzled after unsuccessfully trying to convince the woman that they were straight...Alicia Silverstone realized something was fishy."

"I hardly wear underwear."
-Justin Timberlake

and a Johnny quote from MovieMania
The actor also wrote his own theme music, which he described as a combination of work by The Good, The Bad And The Ugly composer Ennio Morricone and 'some kind of S&M, bondage thing.'

In fact, the goatee-sporting bohemian star had such fun on the epic western that leaving the set wasn't easy.

'It was the first time I've done a film where at the end I said to the director, 'Are you SURE there's nothing else we can shoot?' Depp said.

...and what are we betting that the *second* time he's said that was for PotC? ::grins::

oh! and I finally managed to download Sand's Theme from OUaTiM and I can see what he means by the S&M thing, metallic and industrial mariachi? But it works!

Thing is, it sounds like Sand's *image* of himself; more like *Agent* Sands than Agent *Sheldon* Sands, if that makes any sense...I think it's missing a comedic, strategic "bamph!" sound of a low horn or something.
[livejournal.com profile] circe_tigana and [livejournal.com profile] ciceqi, it's in that song I mentioned/recced

[edit] nevermind, I retract my statement. Because the whole freakin' song is the "bamph". Silly me forgot the song's *context*, which is everything, and somehow overlooked the sum of the layers of the song. My apologies

*giggles* What I love is the fact that he feels S&M and bondage have a musical styling that can properly be used to describe it.

That said...he wrote this? It rocks - I just d/led it. Guh. Sexy, amusing, *and* musical? I'm going to go die in a corner now. *g*
