1) errr, not sure, but I vaguely remember something like that

2) tags in del.icio.us work without needing commas (as in lj) instead use periods to separate words, the notes allow a fair amount of words, and it automatically tracks how many other people linked to it as well. also, you can just click on "copy" on someone else's links and add your own info and then "submit" and it appears on your own list. also? you can select tags with a mouseclick. I cannot. get.over.this.

actually I'm tempted to go ahead and do the FandomPairing type...I think there's an option that can go back and change all your previous tags too...

You can also add the RSS feed for del.icio.us pages to your Friends list, whether it's someone's entire account or a particular tag -- scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "RSS" button for the URL.
