fuckity. I knew this would happen.

Upside: friend's b-day party went well. Mostly. She was depressed that half the night went well and some of the plans went pear-ended the latter half. Over which she became a little black raincloud despite the fact that people had fun.

Downside: came back at 6am. Was dead to the world until 2pm. Puttered around apt cleaning up whirlwind that was yesterday and it occurred to self to go to cafe to check internet at around 4:45pm.

Yeah, I kinda had a feeling this would happen when I heard tickets were going to be up on Saturday.

[edit] I am on aim right now. DISTRACT ME FROM REGISTERING ON WAITLIST AGAIN. (have already done so twice)

*more hugs* I had to cancel last year because work and school were eating me alive. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, but I'm sure some folks will have things like that come up again this year.
